How long do you really have to wait to have s_x after a c-section. I went through regular labor, and then had to have a c-section, so i'm recovering from both, I feel ready, but it's only been two weeks, should i wait?

One word says it all right? I waited the 6 weeks and it still hurt

The doctor told me to wait six weeks. I had s_x two weeks after the c-section and I was all right. You may need to use some lube, because your hormones do strange things right after pregnancy.

I had s_x like 1 1/2 weeks after having my daughter. It wasn't painful for me at all, but I did have a c-section. I never went into labor at all.

Wait until your 6 weeks PP, The reason for this is b/c inserting the p___s can cause an infection in your uteras b/c it is still swollen ...

i had a c-section and i waited 6 weeks i think you should also, your body when thru a lot so please give it some time to heal. i couldnt even think of s_x 2 weeks after my c-section...lol
