Hey there, thanks for checking up on me. =) I have been on antibiotics now for almost 2 months and things are FINALLY starting to look better down there, which is reeeeally encouraging. It's kind of lifting some of my down in the dumps att_tude. It's starting to heal up, but it looks really smooth this time and hardly noticeable, as opposed to the first time it "healed" when it looked all lumpy and weird. So hopefully this will not keep coming back. Unfortunately I am now suffering some kinda nasty side effects from being on antibiotics this long, but that's an afterthought if I can just get the section taken care of. Honestly though, thanks for asking...it's been nice having you and the other ladies to talk to about this, because as much as I love my DH he just really can't relate!!

I'm not Nerdy Girl, but I've seen some of your posts about your incision problems. I really hope the worst is behind you and that you will heal quickly!! Good luck =)

I forgot to add, since my C-section is FINALLY getting better, I have gotten a nasty sinus infection AND severely sprained my arm, which is now in a sling. LOL !! I have the worst luck in the world, I'm so ready for the new year to start!

hello. Ladies! Not nerdy girl but just wanted to tell you that I know what you are going through the same thing happened to me but at only a week pp so it wasn't so far down the line. But I can attest to the fact that it is very painful. Are you having it packed everyday. Because that is what I had to have while it hurts like hell it does get better. My incision is still a little sensitive and sometimes hurts with jeans (daughter 9mths 1/2 mths old) but not as bad as those first 3 mths. Keep looking toward the sunshine becuase it does get better :)

Nope, no more packing! Finally finally healing up for good this time I think. Lets cross our fingers at least....so sorry you had to go through that firsttimemommy, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. At least we have something to make all that suffering worth while, I can't imagine how miserable I would have been having something like this happen after just having to have a regular surgery, like kidney or gallbladder or something. I've thought about how awful that would have been, because I think during some parts of this ordeal the only thing that kept me going was knowing that I went through all that so I could have my wonderful son.
