Will My Stomach Ever Be The Same

I have had 2 sections and this last one has left my stomach looking like a deflated balloon, all stretched out and wrinkled! I realize a bikini is not in my future but how will it ever look normal again and how long will it take?

I am new here and this is my first post. I am expecting my third baby and have had 2 cesareans. You can get your belly back, but it takes alot of work. It may never be flat. Mine wasn't to begin with so I can't help on that one. But after my second cesarean my belly was so droopy. It looked really bad. I did alot of standing twists and worked out to videos. It perked back up and looked better than it did before! So there is hope. My youngest is 18 months.

I've had 4 c-sections. My tummy is flat, aside from my "smiley face". There is nothing you can do about the loose skin though. :(

I know there is something you can do about the loose skin I will ask my brother, he used to be heavy (always was) he was 250 and than went to 150 in 9 months. he had alot of loose skin but did these procedures 9cheap and safe) and managed to tighten his skin, I will find out what he used and repost.

I would LOVE to know what your brother did! My dr told me there is nothing besides a tummy tuck, but I'm way tooo chicken to do that!

my dr. told me it is very hard to tighten that loose skin but very possible. i am working my little but off to get it tight.

I have considered a tummy tuck if I have another c-section. I had a c-section in Dec and my belly has never looked like this in my life. It looks really strange..it's ugly. Is it possible to have a tummy tuck and c-section all at the same time? Will doctors do that?

I have had 2 c-sections and going for my third in a few months. After my first my tummy went flat after a couple without doing much, but after my second who is now 11mths it was as if i was still 6mths preggo. So i dont think i stand a chance this time around i just have to accept that i will proberly look preggo for ever. And thats hard for me cause i have always been quite thin.

well i feel you on that im just try to get rid of that fat and i want another 1 but 4 some reason i cant get pregant

Christy1, it is possible to have a tummy tuck at the same time as a c-section, my friend had it done (also with a tubal ligation because she was finished). However, you only want to do that if you're sure it's your last baby, otherwise the work will be ruined if you get pg again.

Ooooh, this thread doesn't sound too promising:-( I'm 8wks pp w/ 1st bb and was wondering the same thing about skin and tummy. But, there are tons of preggo women out there that have normal bellies...how did they do it? My belly is COVERED in stretch marks, but I got the Strivectin cream to get rid of them. This stuff is amazing. I've had 2 people use it and it actually worked. Too bad I have to wait until after b'feeding!!!

Walgreens has a generic Strivectin call provectin that is $30 instead of #135. The saggy balloon effect will lessen. I feel like my tummy has cellulite sometimes. Its flat and tight when I'm standing, but I can pinch the skin and if I get on all fours to chase my daughter it kinda sags down a little haha ew.
