Hi, my baby is almost 8 mos old, i have lost all 45 pounds of my baby weight and i probaly lost it all by 7 months after, but my stomach is still pretty big and has lose skin, i was wondering will it deflate more on it own as well as workiing out or will have have to work this off all on my own lol? i also know some ppl keep little tiny pouches after cesecs but the is way bigger than a normal pouch its just plain big and gross.
