hi, i just had my 20wks scan and found out my little girl is breech. this is my 5th pregnancy and its goingto be my 4th and last c section due to thin uterus. is it true that she could kick her way through my scar? and how worried should i be at this stage? xx

I wouldnt be too worried she is still small. I am having my 4th child, 4th csection and I was told after my 2nd my scar was less than 2mm thin and the same when I had my 3rd that the scar was sooooo thin. my OBGYN didnt recommend I have a 3rd, I did, and he definatly said not to have a 4th or the baby would kick through my tummy and I wouldnt carry past 28 weeks, and I would probably need a hysterectomy. Well I had a u/s and the area above my scar tissue is 5 mm thin and my scar is 3.5 mm thin and the area below my uterus right in the front is toast and is less than 2mm. So I went from worrying about a csection scar rupture to a uterine rupture. I am 37 weeks and 5 days preggers and this little one, thank god, started kicking in when he got big otherwise he might have kicked right threw. I hate to say all you can do is just watch your body for strange signs, such as blood in urine, to see if you have a uterine rupture (I hear there very painful; obviously). good luck and take care

There is no reason to even worry about a breech baby until around 38 weeks or so. You have tons of time. Enjoy your pregnancy!
