iam 38 weeks pregnant my baby is in breesh position, head on top and my amniotik fluid is also less will i have sesarean

It sounds, unfortunately, like a surgical birth is going to be required for you. Unless this is not your first baby and you can find a physician skilled in cephalic version. That is where they use ultrasound and a lot of external pushing and pressure to turn your baby upside down before it is born. Good luck and ask what the chances are of having cephalic version.
