Bruising Pain In Abdominal Area

i have had a sensitive bruising pain whenever i barely touch the skin between my scar from my section n the bottom of my bellybutton it has been 6 months since the surgery and just went to the dr the other day to see if anything was wrong but nothing showed on the ultra sound it hurts worse if i have the baby on my shoulder and he steps on it, it kind of feels like someones stabbing me and the pain will radiate all down the bottom of my stomach, its been getting a little worse, is this normal? because if it was something it would've shown right???? please answer asap!!! thank you!
