When I had my 1st daughter I had staples.. I also had hard time taking a shower on my own. I was not able to rinse my hair or lift my hands. I had really hard time walking and healing. That was 4yrs ago and I now have a 6mth old little girl and I had stiches.... It was totally different. I was scheduled to have my daughter early morning and was abel to walk that same night. I was able to shower on my own and I didnt even need help getting out of bed. IF I WOULD become pregnant again I would prefer to get stiches again. I also healed alot sooner. With staples you skin on not completly closed its just STAPLED the doctor also told me stapled is alot easier to get infections...

I had a c-sect. 4 weeks ago today and my Dr. used dissolving st_tches and did it where there were no st_tches on the outside- only the inside and my incision got infected and started to open up after the 1st week. Very scary but it has finally healed! If I do this again, i will have the dissolving st_tches again.

Hi ladies, well I had my baby 3 1/2 weeks ago and it seems like forever. I ended up having stables with dissolving st_tches on the inside. I healed perfect and my scar is so small. Smaller then when I had my other son and had st_tches on the outside. If I have anymore I would have staples again.
