Exercise After C Section

How soon you can start workout after c-section because it been two months that i gave birth to my son.Is it safe to start work out.

I want to know to its 4 months since mine i still feel uncomfortable and seem to be putting on weight but i am worried to go back to exercising

I just asked my doctor this week. She insisted I not work out, even bicycle, for atleast 6 weeks. She told me to remember my insides are only being held together by string and it takes 30 days for it to disintegrate.
