3 months ago i had a emergance c-section, to start with everythin was goin fine my first period was rather long but i was told that was normal, but recently wen i came back on i have bleed for 4 weeks straight so far i have started back on the pill but thats not all i hav sharp stabing pains everytime i tense, snezze, laugh anythin like that on my right side i have a lump where the pain is coming from n it feels like its on my scar in side as it is just above my hip wot can b wrong any advise will b great has anyone been throu this shud i worry?

Call your doctor. It sounds like your birth control needs to be switched to a different pill, because of the bleeding. The pain you're having could be a variety of things. You should mention that to the doctor as well. If you feel a lump when you're standing but it goes away totally when you lie down, that could be an incisional hernia. Otherwise it could be an adhesion or a weakness in the connective tissue. Try wearing underpants that provide some support (think girdle but not as tight) and see if that lessens your discomfort.
