how long once you start a full period is it going to last. after you had a baby 6 weeks ago. its been a week and i started the pill again 4 days ago. is this ok to have a havey period this long. after doctor says your are good to go back to normal activites

Shantyra,... are you talking about the bleeding right after delivering your baby? that is not your period. I bled for 10 days after birth... everyone is different. but, it is also very common one your regular period starts again for it to be very different from before you had the baby... they could last longer, or have more heavy bleeding than before.
