If you are b___st feeding you will not have a period. Breastfeeding stops that. But you can still ovulate.

Alot of women bleed for up to six weeks, after delivery. Totally normal.

YES IT IS,I DIDN'T BREAST FEED AND I BLEED FOR A WHILE,REMEMBER SWEETIE YOU HAVEN'T HADYOUR PERIOD FOR 9 MONTHS.WHEN ITS YOUR FIRST PERIOD ITS REALLY HEAVY AND A FOR A LONG PERIOD LIKE YOURSELF 4 WEEKS IT SHOULDN'T BE LONGER THEN THAT AND IT WILL STOP,BUT YOU SHOULD BE BACK TO CYCLE DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU FINISH IN THE BEGINING OF THE MONTH OR ENDING IF YOU HAVE CONCERN YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BUT I DON'T THINK ITS MUCH TO WORRY ABOUT.

If you started on birth control right after you had your baby, that could be what's keeping you from having a period. The depo shot does that to some people, for example.

I answered in your other post...it's normal for you not to have a period because you're not ovulating yet. Yes, you can get pregnant again, because yo don't know when you'll ovulate, so unless you want to get pregnant, you should use protection; since you ovulate before you menstrate, it's possible for you to get pregnant a second time without ever having had a period in between pregnancies.

i bleed for 4 weeks with my second daughter and didn't have another period until she was 4 months old, the doctor said my body just wasn't ready to be able to have another baby yet, so it was kinda having a break, so i guess that could be what happening.
