I have had three sections, and was sterilized. I recently had surgery for a tubal reversal and the doctor could not do it through complications. Also part of the scar did not heal well, and I had to pack it. But it is getting better every day. He said my husband and I could do IVF. My concern is, if we do IVF, and I get pregnant, I know I will have to have a section, and I dont know if I could go through being cut again in the same place., and the surgery was hard on me. I really don't know what to do :-(

Thats too bad. What complications did the dr come into that he couldn't complete the reversal? I too had my tubes done during my 4th c-section. IVF is definately an option, the only thing with that is the risk of multiples which would even be harder on you with all the surgeries. After 3 sectoiosn my guess would be that you wold be having a 4th c-section. My 4th section was no worse than my third but I didn't have a botched surgery in between. I'm sorry you are going thru this. best wishes in your quest for a baby.
