I am not a doctor, but the signs as explained to me vary from woman to woman and with the extent of the rupture. I was told to watch for an extremely tender tummy above the pubic bone, it may burn or ache. Also, any abnormal firmness with the ache or pain. A sudden gush of blood, etc. A mild rupture can just feel like an dull ache or a stabbing intermittant pain. This is by no means a complete list, so check with your doctor and good luck.

I am on high risk for uterine rupture and this, as wel, with be my 4th csection. Now from what I understand that fatigue and loss of energy could be one but also pregnancy. The main ones I was told to watch for was sevre abdominal cramping and blood in the urine (can also be a sign of UT infection).

oh god I cant even form a sentence when my son is talking to me lol. Fatigue and loss of energy can be a sign of a rupture but is also a normal sign to have during pregnancy.
