Can pregnant women eat anything made from peanut?

I heard that if you have exzema, asthma or a peanut or fish allergy either youself, or in your family history, you should avoid it.
ask your doctor to be 100% sure because i read that on the internet. good luck

I asked my doc the same she said its your body's way of helping to support the new load in the belly. you need to exercise your thighs to accommodate for the new weight and to help during labor. she recommended swimming, walking, pre natal yoga and any tape that has been approved by the ob/gyn a__sociation.
I was very fit before pregnancy so this is not so hard to accommodate but tlak to your doctor about exercises. we need strong legs for labor...
