Is Gatorade good to drink while you are pregnant?

My guess is that nothing beats milk and juices with low sugar content. But I think that Gatoride is fine, certainly better than sodas. When I'm not drinking milk or water, I drink pink lemonade (from a mix) or Gatorade. it's certainly better than coke (or beer and wine!).

I was really sick the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy and I drank a lot of gatorade to prevent dehydration. it wont harm you at all but as always water and milk are best!

I was so sick the first trimester and my doctor suggested Gatorade to help keep electrolytes normal. I was so dehydrated and gatorade was the only thing that saved me.

i agree - gatorade is awesome for sickness - it really helps me and i have 1/2 gatorade 1/2 water so that I'm getting plain water too, but it doesn't taste "plain"...

Gatorade has a very high sodium content. It was made for athletes to help keep them from dehydrating. Thus the sodium. As you all probably know sodium causes a high blood volume which is something someone who is pregnant already has. I'd ask my dr about it before I drank too much could cause you to swell quite a bit
