Lets all share our own healthy subst_tutions for the cravings that we get. This way none of us have to go without what we really want (or feel guilty after giving in). I'll start: for brownie lovers try No Pudge fat-free brownies. Make them all, or single serving and top with fat-free Reddy Whip! To find out where you can get them go to www.nopudge.com.

I have one for people like me who love french fries. Ingredients: 1/2 b___ternut squash and kosher salt (or salt sub.) Peel and de-seed squash and slice it in half. Then cut it up into french fry shapes. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover lightly with salt, and place in pre-heated 425 degree oven. Bake for 40 min flipping once. (They'll start to brown and get crispy) These things are full of fiber too, which will help those who are suffering from constipation. Enjoy!

Homemade yogurt smoothies: plain yogurt, frozen fruit (blueberries and raspberries, etc), one ripe banana, a little milk--or juice--all blended together. If the fruit is not ripe enough add a tbsp of honey.

I like to have Jell-O sugar free, fat free instant pudding with fat free whip cream on top. They have all different kinds of flavors. I know they say to stay away from artificial sweeteners, but I have it as a treat, not everyday.

I have hit the 4 month mark andI have found a subst_tution for crackers: FOOD THAT HAS TASTE. Finally. I know it sounds gross, but I actually found a subst_tution for meat tenderizers. You know when you just want a nice soft steak or piece of pork? Well, I dunno what is in that meat tenderizer stuff but I just don't like the way it looks, reminds me of garlic powder. So anyway, marinate the meat in a few tablespoons of white vinegar, and it will melt in your mouth.

This isn't really a subst_tute, but still awesome! Fat free pizza!! You have to order online (www.pizzafree.com), the pricing is not that bad. I used to do Weight Watchers and these are only 3 points each:) You have to put your own toppings on though. I do turkey pepperoni. Only downside, they're only available in the US.
