What should I eat to have a healthy baby? I am 5 weeks pregnant...

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. If you are going to eat any of them raw - be sure to clean them very well to eliminate the chance of ingesting bacteria. From what I understand, your body should give you indication as to what it needs by the cravings you will have. Just try not to go nuts on the sweets and fatty foods.... but I little indulgence is ok - after all, you're having a baby!!! Congrats and happy eating to you!
