I know I'm supposed to drink plenty of water (pregnant or not) but here in Indiana its FREEZING! And I hate to drink water when its cold out. I drink decaffinated hot tea, (too much I'm sure), but I just about can't force myself to drink water. What should I do?
Thanks,
Mandy

I think Tea is Okay if it's unsweetened and decaffinated. That will make the tea, water with a little flavor of tea. The caffine and the sugar is what to worry about in my opinion.

Black current juice? Just get it from a supermaket, um you might call it cordial. its a thicks concentrated surrup with all the goodness of black currents and you mix it with water. you can have it hot or cold. personally i like it hot, mum used to give it to me when i wasnt feeling well. Im in newzealand but i a__sume you have black currents there, they look like blue raseberrys. and they have 4x the vitaman c of oranges! its tastes like... um... yummy? its tastes really sweet, warm and soothing.

Have you ever tried propel? It's my new best friend. It's water and it has some added vitamins and natural fruit flavors. No carbs, no calories, and only 6 grams of sugar in a big bottle. You can even get one that has calcium. They have lemon, peach, grape, kiwi-strawberry, mango, and mandarin. I promise they're really good. You can get the packets 10 for $3 at walmart and mix it with water and it tastes exactly the same as the bottled kind.
