Is it ok to eat beer cheese soup while pregnant? I know most (or all?) of the alcohol cooks out while it's being prepared, but I'm still a little concerned. Any thoughts? Thank you~

I don't know what bear cheese soup is, but I've made coq au vin (basically, chicken stew made with red wine) and I'm sure it's fine because the alcohol all gets boiled away. If your soup has alcohol added at the end of cooking (and if it doesn't get boiled away), that might not be so great, but as long as the beer is cooked/simmers for a while, the alcohol has probably evaporated.
