its october; and getting colder...talking of cold, ive got one right now. im horribly prone to them. i need a safe subst_tue for parasetamol. keeping in mind its also gotta be asthma friendly. also, is it safe to have my yearly flu jab if im pregnant? i need the jab because of my asthma.

I would definately ask your OB doc about the subst_tute for parasetamol. There are specific quidelines and "categories" that safe medication falls under for preggos. Even pharmacists usually don't feel comfortable suggesting alternative medicine. Definately a doctor question. As far as the "flu jab"(we just call them "flu shots" here), and my doctor told me I should DEFINATELY get one, then went into a lengthy medical lecture as to why :)

Yes --my ob doc also definitely recommends the flu shot for pregnant women. I would definitely do it; safer for you and baby.
