The only thing that you may want to watch out for is the use of raw egg yolks, which many mayo products contain (this is to avoid getting salmonella, which can be fatal to your growing baby). Instead look for a mayo subst_tute - here in Canada we have a product called Miracle Whip which is not actually mayo, but tastes a lot like it. Good luck!
