I'm TTC baby number 2, I gained 70lbs with my last pregnancy and I definitly don't want that to happen again. I need to find a diet where hopefully I can lose some of the fat I still have from my last pregnancy and that will help me not gain anymore fat this next pregnancy. I know I will have to have some fat in my diet for the baby I just want to be as healthy as possible because I'd like to try a VBAC, I think that part of the reason I wasn't able to push my son out was that I had too much fat in the way. I'd also like to be able to walk at least 2 miles a day throughout my pregnancy... anyone have any special diet/exercise programs that could help me out?

Eat more fruits and vegetables, less sugary and fatty foods. Stay away from chips, cheese burgers, too much red meat. Eat chicken, fish (once a week), eggs (yolk is good for you!), and whole grain breads.
