Is It Ok To Eat Smoked Salmon

I am 29 weeks pregnant and was at my cousin's wedding on Friday. One of the courses was a trio of salmon which included smoked salmon. I ate it without thinking and for the past four days I've had diarrhoea. Could the salmon have caused it? And would it still be causing problems four days later? Or could it just be part of the pregnancy? Any advice welcomed please. THanks

i belive small amounts of salmon is OK - but to stay away from tuna.
