24 Weeks Severe Abdominal Pain Bursts

I am 24 weeks pregnant with no complications so far and i have been waking up with severe pain in my sides and lower abdomen. Should i be worried, i already called my pract_tioner but should i got to the er if it persists?

What does the pract_tioner say? It may be gas or constipation. Have you tried gas-x or beano? I had chest pain and shortness of breath and it turned out to be acid reflux. I would talk to the doctor first and if you still don't feel comfortable then the ER may be a good idea.

It could be your ligaments stretching... I know that when I get up in the night my right lower hurts alot... but it just the ligament being stretched so I try to get up slowly.... it does go away on its own... but you could just ask your doctor.... if it warrants being checked anyway...
