I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I have so much pain in my lower back that I can't completely stand straight up. I'm also having pain in my rib cage and it's hard to breathe. I know it's not heartburn, or an asthma attack for that matter (I have really bad asthma). I haven't gained a lot of weight and my br___ts haven't gotten any bigger. I'm carrying only in the front, I haven't gained any weight anywhere else. I just really don't know what to do, or anything to make it feel better. I can't stand or sit or lay down without it hurting. I'm going to call my doctor about it tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone else had any takes on it, or if they went through the same thing when they were this far along? Please let me know. Thanks.

Maybe your baby is in a weird position. It seems like I remember that happening to me with my son. Someone suggested that I get down on all fours and sort of push my belly out as far as I could to, for lack of a better word, "dislodge" the baby from that weird spot. I certainly hope that's all it is!
