33 Weeks Amp Tons Of Contractions

I'm 33 weeks into my fourth pregnancy. In my 3 other pregnancies I experienced very few braxton hicks but this time I've had them consistently since about 20 weeks. Now, this is the third day I have had fairly painful contractions throughout the day. I get them almost every time I get up and even a few when I am sitting or lying down. I don't see the point in calling my doctor because I can see him rolling his eyes on the other end of the phone. Is this something others have experienced? I do not want to feel like I am in labour for the next 5-7 weeks...

Hello Lacey, I am in the same boat as you but I am 30 wks. and also fourth pregnancy, I had to go the hospital mines were so bad, but what my doctor did was gave me medicine to stop my contractions. I feel them sometimes but not as often as I was before, and another thing your doctor might want to check for is to make sure that you are not dialated.
