4 Months Pressure In Pelvic Area

I am 35 years old and four months pregnant with my third child. I'm aware that all pregnancies are different, but I have diabetes this time around, and I am nervous because I've never felt such a heavniess or pressure in my lower pelvic area at only four months. Is this normal?
