I came on the 28 feb and on the 12th and 13th of march i had slight spotting, and ever since then i have had really bad lower pains like im due on but im not due on for another 8 days and i have had these pains for 6 days now and they only seem to be getting worse i am constinly feeling unwell, also i have gone of food, i just dont ever fill hungry so i havent really been eating much. what do u think this means am i pregnant.
