Bleeding For Almost 2 Weeks

Is bleeding for almost two weeks a sign of pregnancy sometimes with or without cramps?Or could I have another problem? I have not had a normal period(for me 4 days a little spotting on the 5th day and than gone) since November. I did not have a period at all in Dec.Jan or February. Had a little blood after s_x with my bf in March,but that is when the spotting began until April. Now in May since the 1st I have been bleeding non stop along with mamy other symptoms. I have neg. test for pg. I should be about 23 weeks, but doctors are not being helpful.
