Burning Tingling Pain On Right Side

It's quite far down, like where my thigh meets my body and it's like to the left of that on the right side. I have a doppler, I've checked it and the baby is perfectly fine. Could it be a urinary infection or stretching? It hurts worse when I walk or move my leg. Maybe I pulled a muscle

UPDATE. I was at the grocery store and the pain was excrutiating at some points and then at other, it's dull. It goes away quickly, but when you press on the spot it hurts a lot, or when I bend my leg.
