My husband and I are trying to have our first child, I had to have three fibroids removed in May of this year, about two and a half weeks ago weeks ago, we went to the fertility specialist and I had an IUI (insemination) my doctor told me to take a pregnancy test at home 13 days from that day, well I am a little nervous now bcs that day is coming( this Friday) and ironically it is the same day that I am suppossed to start my period. My question is I have been having cramps, and lower back pains, and have been feeling a bit irritable for about two weeks would that be a sign of pregnancy, usually I have cramps about a day or two before my period starts?
