I am 18 weeks pregnant today. I wrote a few days ago about the high amount of pressure I feel in my lower abdomen/ pelvis. A couple people wrote back and said they get that too and others said they had went into premature labor after feeling the same feeling. I have already went to the doctor with the problem once and they didn't find anything at the time (a week and a half ago).. but don't know wether to go back in now and get it checked again as I am still feeling a lot of pressure. I don't want to wait till I've lost a baby to know I have a problem. So, I'd like to hear from you if any of you are having, or have had that feeling and most importantly.. what happened as a result. Did you have a normal pregnancy? Did you have premature labor? Please write in and tell me if you don't feel any pressure at all either because I am wondering if there are women out there who have no idea what I am talking about.

I am 18 weeks pregnant and I have been suffering from abdominal pains all day today I called my doctor and she said I could be dehydrated, but after all the water I drink I dont know how thats possible hopefully they'll go away if not I'm going in to the doctor tomorrow. Rachel4750 let me know if yours go away.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and with all of them I felt the pressure that you are referring to. It almost feels like your insides want to fall out. With my first two they were both born on their due dates(I went into labor naturally) and perfectly healthy. I am 27 weeks pregnant today with my third. I know it is hard but just try to relax and trust your doctor. You aren't use to having something that big and still growing sitting in there...it can get uncomfortable!
