Feels Like Ovulation Pain

I am 22 weeks pregnant and for the past few weeks been experiencing what I can only describe as pain that feels EXACLTY like ovulation pain. Anyone else get this? I have been to the doctors and apparantely all is ok. Also getting pain lower down - wind?? I don't know anymore!!!!!

I had a pain in my lower abdomen right side and also lower back right side. The doc told me that it was a pain of the right ligament because at this time the uterus is growing and the ligaments are streching. He gave me pain medication and it went away in 2 -3 days. Don't worry, this is one of the pregnancy discomforts. It helped me to use a heat pad in that area.

Thanks. I have had this now for over a month. I have had everything checked out and the only conclusion is that it could be coming from constipation, significant urine retention , (which showed up on the ultra sound), or ligament pain.............???? I am pretty much none the wiser, but still in pain! Anyone else experiencing any of this?
