HURTS WHEN LAYS ON MY STOMCACH

WELL IF ANYTHING I WOULD BE AROUND 2 WEEKS TO A MONTH... but i am not sure... i got my af but lasted for about a day verry light( on april 27th) ... my af is due on the 27th but since wen i was on what i think was implantation bleeding i sarted feeling some signs that i feel are pregncy signs but i am just not sure... i have been having some itching... mosty at night.. on my tummie area... my niple area.... when i lay on my stomcah it feels like its cramping up.... its not that it hurts it just feels uncomfortable... during the night i have to get up to use the restroom... i find myself gong to pee alot... but someitmies... really nothing is there....most of the times.. its just a clear liquid... in the beging( about two weeks or so ago) i was gEting some horable shootting pains from my lower back to under by bellybotton.. but the pains that i get now are not as hurtufll... somtimes they are just barley there or they feel that af is coming.... could you help me out.... i am trying to not really think about pregnancy because i feel that im gong to keep my hopes up for nothing but i do feel that i could be... that im most likley... i did take a hpt but i think that the pee tests are bull sh**... soo if anythng i will take it IF i skip my period or il just go to the dr.... can you give me some insight on what you feel about the symtoms i have said.... thank you all

I'd do another test. Thay are pretty accurate. I wouldn't expect some of the symptoms you're explaining at this stage though, but we are all different.
