I am 37 weeks now and I have been having some menstrual like cramping for the past 24 hours. I also have some mild va___al pains and super sore back and hips. Is the menstrual cramping normal and what causes it?
I am posting this in a couple of locations sorry but hopefully it will help me get a range of answers so sorry for repeating myself :)

ur getting closer to going into labor. ur fine aslong theres no heavy bleeding. im 38 weeks and have had it for the past 3 weeks or so.

Hi,
Sounds to me like your body could be preparing for labor. Those cramps could last a few weeks. I would say walk if you feel up to it. Rest if not! Good luck you are amost done!
