I am 6 months in and my hands and arms have started falling asleep at night. It has gotten so that I hardly sleep. Does anyone have ANY ideas?

Hi JSM, perhaps it's just the position that you are sleeping in? Do you use body pillows? They might help to keep your body in a better position through the night, it's easy to sleep on your arm, I've done it a few times and woken up with a numb hand, body pillows helped me to not roll onto my back or my stomach and that way I wasn't on my arm either.

I am only 8 weeks 4 days and my arms are falling asleep. But it is never the one I am lying on. If I sleep on my left side, my right arm is on top of my side and it is the one getting numb- it is weird. Almost a nightly occurence and definitely does wake you up. I am curious too.......
