Hello Yeah and it feels like your pubic bone has been beated with a baseball bat. Yeah I know the feeling. Its actually called SPD, symphis pubis disfunction. Its were your pubic bone becomes unstable in pregnancy. and the front part that opens to allow the baby to come out starts to move more than it should.and the bones rub together. This is very very painful thing to have and not many women get it. You need to speak to your midwife as soon as you can because they refer you to a physio, they will also discuss different labour positions too, as it can be extremely painful giving birth on your back. I had one physio appointment as I had my little girl shortly after, the waiting lists are so long, but you carry on having the physio treatment after the baby is born. They will also advise you to do the least you possibly can, like hover, climb stairs, sit in certain postions, as the effects alwats happen the next day, I could barly walk some days, turning over in bed it so so painful, Just be careful
