I am 24 weeks, and the top of my uterus under my ribs almost feels like its bruised, we had an ultra sound a couple days ago and shes already head down, is it just sore because of her kicking up there or should I go see my doctor?

on my first pregnancy my son was in the head down position at 21 weeks, but if you feel like your belly has "dropped" or your having alot of pressure on your lower abdomen you may wanna talk to your doc just to make sure everything is fine and to give you rea__surance that everything is ok :)
