I am having a va___al discharge so what should I do? It is a not thick but it is a creamy color?

If you're pregnant it's fairly normal and may increase throughout pregnancy.

I had that too, and its increased since I've gotten pregnant. When I went for my first appointment, they gave me a pelvic exam and the tests said it wasn't an infection, so I think its normal and nothing to worry about
