Anybody get a yeast infection during 1st weeks of PG? What did you do about it?

I used a 3 day OTC treatment. I waited to see if the yeast infection would go away, but it got to the point where I couldn't stand it anymore. I read in "1000 Questions about Your Pregnancy" that the OTC yeast treatments are safe during all trimesters.

funny thing, the same day i did my pregnancy test i also got a yeast infection. i've had only one other in my life so i was a bit annoyed with it. YAY! i was pregnant. BOO! i had a yeast infection. anyways, i took a three day OTC and it got rid of it. apparently it's quite safe to use them throughout the pregnancy - some women have them constantly - all the hormones doing their crazy things. you just can't take the oral pill that you need a prescription for anyways. good luck!
