This is my first pregnancy. I'm just below 30 weeks. I know there's normal abdominal pain and call-your-dr ab pain, but I can't tell the difference. All answers seem to be so vague. I went for a 20 minute walk and the pains feel like stretching pain, but how can I be sure?
