I'm 32 weeks right now, but this started when I was starting to show and my belly button started to stick out....it feels like the baby is going to come right through! Especially now that my belly is so full and tight, I can actually feel when the baby moves over my belly button and I swear, if I don't put my hand there and hold it in, it's gonna pop right through. The skin feels so thin and I can feel the baby perfectly over the whole area of my belly button and around it as it if is only the skin between. I've tried to ignore it, but I'm actually starting to freak out about it. Anyone else notice this?

I've had the same thing - it feels as though my skin has stretched to it's capacity. I've chosen not to worry about it and I've has the feeling since I was 30 weeks and I am currently 36 (soon to be 37). Try not to stress about it and if you're still concerned bring it up the next time you see your dr.
