Dizzy One Hour After Waking

Hi, I am 30 weeks pregnant and for the last month, I have been dizzy, weak and unable to function one hour after waking - it usually lasts for a few hours, and even lying down doesn't make it go away. I have had my iron levels checked, my blood pressure checked and it is fine. My midwife and also obstetrician don't know what it is. Thanks in advance, Vanessa.

I was told that the further along you get that can happen cause there is a done of pressure...my dr said to lay on my left side for a while & see if that helps & I use a cold wash cloth to rub over my forehead as well ... I don't know if this will work for you but I know I was willing to try anything & it does help, not instantly but if after relaxing for a while ... hope this helps some

Hi! I just posted something similar to this under the 2nd trimester section the other day. I've been experiencing a similar thing although it lasts all day. I can control it by moving around slowly and not turning my head too quickly, etc. but that is a heck of a way to go around every day! I had iron levels checked, too, and blood pressure is normal, and I'm told that it's just a part of being pregnant and my equlibrium is off, etc. but this didn't happen the first time! In any case, I feel for you. I hope it disappears for you as mysteriously as it set in...
