Dry Swollen Lips Should I Be Worried

Over the last couple of weeks i have noticed that my lips have been getting drier and more swollen. Im 32 weeks now and its gotten quite painful and blistering . Is this something i should be worried about? Has anyone else had this.?

OHHH i have had that almost my WHOLE pregnancy!! the first trimester was horrible they would just bleed and bleed.. and then it stopped but now its bad again.. and i have found tha tputting nipple cream on your lips.. i know REALLY WEIRD but it works.. thats what my doctor said to do when i first got them cuz he wondered what i had done to my lips they were that bad.. so yea jsut put that on a couple times a day and it will heal up nicely.. not COMPLETELY but they wont be as soree!
