I took a home pg test two days before my period was due, and it was positive! I miscarried three months ago, and that pregnancy did not produce a positive result until a week after my period was due, and the doctor told me (after I miscarried) that my hormones were really low, which was a sign that the pregnancy was probably going to miscarry. I am hoping that high hormone levels this time means that this pregnancy is going to last. I have noticed this morning that my br___t tenderness and fatigue have worn off today, which scares me (I experienced this right before I miscarried). I have been exercising for the last two weeks, and probably conceived about two weeks ago. However, I do feel MISERABLY hot all the time, and have not had any bleeding. So my questions are... is it normal for br___t tenderness/nipple sensitivity to wear off so early (or does this symptom change daily), and can exercise induce a miscarriage in what would normally be a viable pregnancy? I have been doing the stairmaster and riding the bike, and there are times when I'm exercising (especially on the stairmaster) that I do get somewhat out of breath. Please let me know what your experiences have been with this, as I am really nervous and hope that I will not miscarry again.
