does anyone know weather or not fibromyalgia can keep you from getting pregnant? If so what can you do to increase your chances of concieving?

I have read that a large percentage of women who have fibromyalgia also suffer with endometerois. Endo can definately cause infertility. I have both and I'm now 6 months pregnant after undergoing in vetro. Good Luck!
