I was told IB-profen after the 3rd trimester. i get migraines and all the migraine meds are out till further testing. If you get one of those you can get a demeral shot.

My OB said Tylenol and a cup of coffee works pretty well, and it does on milder headaches, she prescribed me Fiorecet for the more severe ones (I get migraines occa__sionally) but that does make me sleepy. Ask your OB about what you can do, there are options.

My ob told me when I was pg with my son 5 yrs ago that I could take Sudafed Sinus (mine was sinus headaches - thru my eyes, eyebrows, temples) It worked really good. I believe I am pg now and I have been having some killer sinus headaches, so went and bought some Sudafed Sinus again and it sure works. Maybe you could ask your Ob about it if that's the kind of headache your having. Best Wishes!

My OB said NO IB-profen because it crosses the placenta, but Tylenol is fine because it doesn't cross the placenta.
