Pregnant And Pain On Lower Spine

hi. i'm 23 weeks pregnant. before i fell pregnant i had this really bad pain at my last bone of my spine. i had been to a chiropractor for treatment and taken xrays and everything looked clear. i had even been to my gp who gave me pain killers and said the pain will go away. when i'm sitting i have to push my finger into the area of pain and stand up, which is something embaressing to do in public! even when i'm lying down its extremely difficult to wake up. its just at the one spot of my spine. even if i'm just sitting and i put my finger there, it's sore. can anyone help me?
