I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and for the first few weeks I have nasuea and heartburn all the time then these last few days nothing, but now I have mild cramping in my lower stomach like I'm goin to start, but there not real bad can someone please tell me is this is normal and if you think things will be fine.

I had periodlike cramping every day several times a day (even woke up in the night with cramps) up until week 9-10...It felt exactly like I was coming on. I am now 16 weeks along and all is fine. There are no guarantees in pregnancies...cramping in early pregnancy can be a sign of m/c but it can also be very normal... Lots of women whose posts I have read on the internet (on other forums as well) had cramps during the first trimester. If you have no spotting or brown discharge then you are most probably fine. Try to relax and take one day at a time through the first trimester. I understand your worry and send you all my love. Best of luck x
